LoanMe is looking for a dynamic professional that is self-motivated, trustworthy, and can quickly adapt to change in a fast paced environment. The Sr. Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting of assigned job requisitions. The person in this position is responsible for delivering quality resources, tracking requisitions, and interacting with hiring managers and candidates. Candidates should have a documented history of extensive leadership, sourcing, staffing and relationship building skills. This role is suited to an action-oriented, hands-on individual who is driven by the search to directly source qualified candidates and take a proactive rather than passive approach to talent.


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activity.
  • Source and advertise positions, provide resume screens, and guide candidates through the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies that will attract quality candidates, and allow the company to meet staffing requirements.
  • Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand the staffing needs for the business.
  • Source qualified applicants from a variety of creative channels including, but not limited to: social networking, online tools and job boards, career fairs, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships and proactively report hiring activity through communication, meetings and tailored reports to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs.
  • Maintain professional relationship with city, college, and community placement offices.
  • Provide information on company operations and career opportunities to outside agencies and potential applicants.
  • Complete attrition reporting to track employee retention.
  • Maintain manager and employee confidence and protect reputations by keeping information confidential.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
  • Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Services, Call Center experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience a plus.
  • Expertise in the sourcing and recruitment of all levels of call center and corporate roles.
  • Knowledge of and experience in new and developing leading edge sourcing approaches for social networking and mobile tools beyond LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Superior relationship management skills with a track record of establishing positive and professional rapport quickly. Experience building rapid credibility and trusted relationships with applicants, peers, and hiring managers.
  • Strong PC skills paired with high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Track record of proven results.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritizing work.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked, team environment
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
