Overview

LoanMe is looking for a dynamic professional that is self-motivated, trustworthy, and can quickly adapt to change in a fast paced environment. The Corporate Recruiter will support and will handle the recruiting cycle from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Discuss personnel necessities with department managers to prepare and implement recruitment process.
  • Screen and refer qualified applicants to appropriate department management for follow-up interview.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs.
  • Post job openings to career boards, newspapers, social media sites, other media outlets as well as internally.
  • Ensure compliance in Recruitment program. 
  • Maintain professional relationship with city, college, and community placement offices.
  • Provide information on company operations and career opportunities to outside agencies and potential applicants. 
  • Complete attrition reporting to track employee retention.
  • Maintain management and employee confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on what is working, ideas for improvement and any concerns.
  • Make recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years’ experience recruiting within the financial services or Servicing industries a plus.
  • Effectively communicate and engage proactively with all departments and staff
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked and team environment
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to read and understand information presented verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
